Rockwood Water and the City of Gresham formed the Cascade Groundwater Alliance to expand our groundwater systems together. The Groundwater Development Master Plan projects are under construction and scheduled to be completed in 2026.
The logo was designed by the talented staff at the City of Gresham. It signifies the long-standing partnership between Rockwood Water and the City of Gresham and depicts the protected Sand and Gravel Aquifer that serves as our water source. Cascade is the name Rockwood adopted in the 1970s when we purchased land from the Cascade Corporation to expand our infrastructure and build a reservoir (Cascade #1). As both Rockwood and Gresham work to expand our existing systems, you will see the logo at job sites, events, on social media, and materials related to our Groundwater Development Master Plan projects.
