Rockwood Water locates all District-owned water lines. District-owned water lines include distribution mains typically found in the street and water services up to the water meter. If you are a contractor doing work in the right-of-way, you must first call in a locate request to Oregon Utility Notification Center at 1-800-332-2344 or at www.digsafelyoregon.com. Rockwood Water does not locate water lines on private property. If you are interested in knowing the location of a water line on your private property, it is necessary to contact a private locating company.
